Are you trying to remove the pinion mate shaft? So you can remove the axles?
If so, on the trac-lok, use a drift punch and hammer.
You're getting deep into something that you will need help with. At minimum, you need a differential repair guide.
You have to remove the carrrier to remove and install the spider gears. It takes a compressor to release the pressure on the clutch packs. Unless you're adventurous and want to learn, and invest in some special tools, you should probably take it to a shop.
It's not that differentials are hard to work on, they just need to be done with patience, high precision, and requires special tools.

ok well, i have completly lead you wrong and for that i am sorry, it appears after looking at a axle id chart it is a dana 44,not a 35,now with that being said does that make any difference in the carrier removal or spider gear removal?i have heard some things about grinding some teeth on the ring gear to get the center pin out is that correct and if so how would a fella go about it?

Yes, the 44 and 35 are very different.

welp i got the carrier out,got the mate shaft outand spider gears and trak loc pacs both small orbital gears are mangeled,one of the side gears is chopped up pretty bad and two tak lock disks are broken in half,my spider gears are supposed to arive in the mornin, and im not sure about the clutch paks,i had to ordr them from quadratec,this time next yr it will be coming apart again for a 44 frount swap chrom moly axles and frount and rear lockers,and a different gear set, i'll write more after i get everything back togther to let you know how it came oout

welp now its firday evening and still no parts .well i take that back my trak lok clutch paks are here,but hard lesson learned dont order driveline parts from oreily, because (pardon my expression)they dont know what in the hell they are talkin about,when i went to get mhy gears tuesday evening they couldnt find them ,then said they couldnt even get them after i had been told they was on the way,so i had to call4-wheel parts and order them i paid extra to haave them here by today, 5;15 still aint here, anyway just thought i would update

ok well the d44 is now put back togther after a few run arounds and delays due to quadratec,the backlash is set at about 8-!/2 ten thousandths everthing is running well no poping ,no jerking the gears are quiet,and the entire rear axle is rebuilt from center outin and outer bearings ,seals, bearing races,except for the ring and pinion and carrier housing,she runs like a dream now thank you very mmuch ftgiles,and mudb08-,for your help
