85 grand cherokee swap help

I was wondering if someone could help me out. A buddy of mine is wanting to swap a 2.3L Buick V6 outta of a 95-97 skylark into a 85 grand cherokee which had a 4cylinder. I was wondering what would be neccesary for the swap. And will the v6 bolt to the origianl trans.

if it has a 2.8 in it a rwd 2.8 will go in there.
