OK, I know. It's a Jeep. Its gonna leak. But this is a weird one. This is a 1993 YJ with a Bestop Sunrider top.I have also replaced the windshield cowl seal. Here is the problem. After each & every rain I was noticing water on the floor. I finally traced the sorce. Its the vents. The AC & fresh air vents are filling up with water. Where do I need to go from here to fix this one?  Thanks for the help.

on the firewall, there's a hose that goes out from the bottom of the vent intake, just pull it off and chuck it.

Years of dirt and debris clog up the drain hole and let water run up over the "dam" into the duct. Take the cowl off and clean it out.
