My wife is 4 months pregnant & she wants me to put steps on my 95YJ.  Should I install side bars or steps.  I want something strong, but I haven't seen any steps that look very promising.  Also I want something thats gonna save my rocker panels.  Olympics "Reverse-a-Bar" looks good, but I think their diameter looks small.  ALSO, what about stainless steel nerf bars, can they take a beating without getting all dinged up?  Any opinions on this will be greatly appreciated.

My 2 cents put the rock sliders on and then if she needs the step get a cheap set of 3 inch tube steps for her.  Once she is no longer pregnant pull the tube steps off and try to sell on ebay.  My wife just used an old plastic milk crate when she was pregnant.

Get the rock slider type with the side bar. I had the old style 3" nerf bars and bent the heck out of em, plus they put dents in my rocker panels  The cowboy concepts stirup actually works well, tried it at the Rubicon last year......just can't get myself to admit that I need one!
