Ok, one day I was at work and some stupid a hole thought it would be funny to break my antenna off my 95 YJ.  I, however, did not find this so funny -_-'  Well, I have looked everywhere for a replacement and my mom even ordered one from her dealership...the problem is the antenna is different from the one on my jeep.  The base of the antenna was completely different.  I think it might be listed under a 96 YJ (yes, I know there is no such thing) but I'm not sure.  Any feedback would be great.  I'll try and post some pics of the bracket and the one sent to me.  

Can you just up get entire bracket and antenna like from a TJ, or XJ in a junk yard.  

Maybe.  The problem is I live in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming and they don't have any decent junkyards...I could check though.  I might do that this weekend.  I could have used the one that got ordered but I would have had to redrill the holes for that bracket and I wasn't into that (I'd rather get the one I had previously...).  

well, if you have to drill holes and yer looking to fill in the other holes, use wonder puddy. the stuff advertised on tv by billy mays. that stuff works great, you cut off the amount you need, roll it around in you hands for a couple of minutes and then fill in the holes. it has the consistancy of clay, so it won't ooze like bondo. when it cures (about 24 hrs) you just use sandpaper to shape it and paint.  

I might have to do that...I cannot stand billy mayes though -_-' I want to throw something through the tv at him when he's on, lol.

oh yeah, that's gotta go. well, whether ya like billy or not, that wonder puddy works. if ya got a boscov's nearby, they sell it there in a section called "as seen on tv". got a box of 3 tubes for about $10 if i remember right.  

Ok...darnit.  Well I guess I'm going to have to get the other antenna mount -_-'  Oh well, at least I'll be able to play my ipod again
