I've been looking to upgrade my tires from stock for a while now and I got a smoking deal on 4 33's. My jeep has a 2" suspention lift already. Can I get away with that or do I need more.

I run 35's on a 3" with no mods besides cutting the edge off my 6" bushwacker flares. I do rub @ full suspension articulation on the front fender edge but it's very slight and has caused no damage. I guess I'm saying they will fit, but you will end up doing some type of modifacations for offroad use.
5.3L vortec, 4l60E, Np231, 3" lift on 35's, Gr8tops 1/2 cab, Custom tonneau cover.

yep, and if you never unhook the front sway bar, It won't flex enough to cause a problem.
If your front end is droopy add another 1" spacer and about 3/4-1" longer bumpstops, that'll take care of it on the trail with the sway bar disconnected..

What wheel width and back spacing are you planning?
You also might consider a 1" body lift. 2" suspension and 1" body lift with 33s works well.
