Ok so I was looking at Jeep Wranglers on eBay the other day and I was shocked by what I saw. A 2WD Wrangler, I thought it was a typo so I looked at all the pictures and read the description and it really was a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with 2WD. Who would buy that? Really. That just is degrading to Jeeps everywhere it just makes it a Soccer Mom's car. I don't know of any other year then the JK that had a 2WD as an option. I have one final question WHY!?

For many years, there have been 2wd Wranglers. They are mostly used as fleet and municipal vehicles. My water meter reader drives a 2wd TJ.
Have you seen last years Petersen's 4wheel and Offroad magazine Ultimate Adventure vehicle. It started out as a 2wd Wrangler. So, check out how capable a 2wd Wrangler can be if you're creative.

kinda like if you were getting a jeep that you planned on doing an engine swap a 4 cyl would be a good choice to buy, hell one with a blown engine would be even better.
