I've got a 85 CJ7 with a 258.I recently put a larger raidiator in and when I flex at all it rubs the fan!Does any one have a solution for me?

Check your motor mounts. They do wear out and allow the motor to move too much.
Also, is there a spacer on the fan that can be removed or replaced with a narrower one.
Lastly, maybe a different fan, thinner profile, or a narrower fan clutch.
