I have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler with 4.56 Gears and BFG 32" Tires. When I use the chart to find the right Tooth Numbered Speedo Gear, do I use the physical measurement or just the MFG Tire Size. When I measure them they're around 30" in diameter. When I look that up it shows a 43 Tooth, is that right? What should I purchase? Also, is there a place online to purchase it?

Yes, the 43 should be right. But, I don't see one listed for Chrysler. The biggest one they make is a 41. 4.56 gears and 30" tires might be out of range. Time for your 33s...

I don't know if anybody makes the gears, I think everybody just re-sells the Chrysler part. I did a quick search and did not come up with anybody selling a 43 tooth speedo gear.
