I have been getting a shake in my xj and i can't figure it out. I replaced both axle joints beacuse they were bad, with spicer replacements, injected the wheel bearings with grease (one of the wheel bearings felt like there was friction, but i dont think this should cause vibes), installed both u joints in the rear shaft, and the front shaft joint is fine, no play at all. it feel like its coming from the front, but im not positive... i feel it in the floor and slightly in the wheel, but it doesnt shake the jeep like death wobble... it does shake slightly though when i turn. any advise will be considered.. the one thing that gets me is its not fast like if it were a driveshaft problem, its almost like one vibe per tire rotation of the tires. I just got new tires 3 weeks ago and they have been fine... and i havent been wheelin that hard to lose wheel weights.. Ugh Im confused...

get the balance checked on your tires, that's what it sounds like to me. if you got coverage on them (kinda like insurance for flats, cut stems, etc.) it won't cost ya anything to have them rebalanced. how bout the front alignment?
I work to support my Jeep
