Question in which i am looking for help from anyone with~>
I have a 91' Wrangler in which i swapped in an NP435 mated to an NP205 for the purpose of having heavy duty and granny low 1st gear. Since the swap my drive line angle is maxed out with no more available drop during articulation, which is limiting my 4x4 capabilities due to the current 79' Bronco it was previously setup for.  In order to make the tranny mount flush to the frame, in the process i created a steep angle in which my cv-drive has no room for slide or flex in the u-joints. I need some sort of t-case rotation kit to drop the rear angle to my rear diff.  The rear diff is a low pinion output running a gusseted super Dana 35 kit w/detroit and 4.88's. My Rear diff is under a spring over leaf suspension.  I need to correct this problem for the big dreams i have with being able to tackle the gnarly obstacles i built this rig for.  I have contacted Advance Adapaters and they claim they dont sell a kit or "Ring" for the NP435 to the NP205 to be able to clock the rotation of this unit.  Am i just not explaining the issue correctly, or is there really not an option to fix my issue?

I realize a different differential may fix solve the problem, like a Dana 44 High pinion (Which i run in front), or to swap to a different cpombination of gear, but id like to use what i have.

Thanks  -

Your drive line angle problems are created by the length of the trans and TC. It doesn't matter how strong they are, they don't fit. You have to come to terms with that. You're pushing on the wrong end of the problem.

There are a lot of options that would be strong and would fit. For starters, with the larger main shaft that comes with an SYE CV setup, the stock 231 is plenty strong and will outlive the D35. The truss helps, but it is a 35.

There are a number of very short manual trannys that have a granny, that are strong, that could be mated to a 231.
