Got my jeep and it had a stalling problem on acceleration and deceleration so it was a constant gas and brake driving!
Replaced Manifold leak thought that would help then thought Catalytic converter was cloged so replaced all the exhaust put on new muffler everything.
It was running ok but still stalled out, But new problem stalled and wouldnt start up again right away 1hr later it would start. Replaced all vacume lines ! Turns over but now it wont start at all. Its a 1988 jeep cherokee 4.0.
Any help or suggestions would be great

The bad thing about your Jeep is the RENIX fuel injection system. When it's working it's fine. But when it's not, they are a pain to figure out what's wrong.
The RENIX system does not give any trouble codes or have a check engine light. So, you have to actually start testing all the sensors one by one looking for any sensors that are out of range. It's not hard, just time consuming.
Then, if you don't find a sensor out of wack, you have to start testing all the old fashioned stuff. Compression, ignition, vacuum leaks etc.

Warning light for exhaut is on. Would this be tied to a sensor..... Oxygen ? Had to relocate the oxygen with new PaceSetter header. And i totally got rid of catayltic, so now it goes right too my new muffler i put in a flowmaster super44. Dont know if this would do anything ? Also oil pressure guage shoots right up when i start it !
