HELP My Grand Cherokee ZJ 4.0litre year 97' having some problem while the Temperature get hot..! Engine shaking and come out with Black smoke,like unburn petro! May i know why? my car Battery ok with 13.7v, Throttle body is clean, please help me.....!

and when i drive on "D"...by right it run with 1st gear but it only started with 2nd gear onward, why?
