Shock boots hold dirt against the shock. When the dirt gets wet it will hold wet dirt and thus create rust. So guys from the rust belt do not run them for that reason. Im not sure why guys dont run stabalizers. Some people believe track bars on leaf sprung vehicles mainly spring under axle design are not required. It will gain them some more articulation of the axle. I highly recommend it for street driving. It can make an interesting ride when getting on an off ramp at 70mph. If you have 4 link suspension or any of the like it is a must.

I break stuff.
