i have had my tranny in and out so many times and back to the tranny shop they have rebuilt it totaly twice. used a different supply store each time. this whole time second gear is whats causing the headache. this last time before we took it out we took it in the jeep to them so they could see what it was doing. now its still a problem im really starting to wonder if my stick is bent. when i take the stick out i can tap the cup and slider into 2nd gear and it takes. but with the stick it seems it doesnt push the slider in far enough to catch. once in a while you can jam it into second or when i downshift it will catch. anyone ever seen a bent stick? the rod that is connected to the ball at the end of the stick doesnt appear to be bent i seen what appeard to be like streach marks in the rod and bent it a bit now it still doesnt go into second but i dont have 5th or rev so i have to get a stick now anyway. will an AX5 or AX15 stick fit if i cant find a 3550 in the junk yard?
