I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of, or explain to me, how the 4wheel drive system in a TJ differs from that of a YJ. I understand the vacuum system on the YJ but I can't seem to find any good articles on how the TJ works or if it differs at all. I'm not really looking around for any particular reason, just for my own knowledge. Thanks!
1998 Wrangler 2.5L 4cyl. 30x9.5 m/t tires, everything else stock, definite work in progress.

Identical. Just no central axle disconnect, and associated vacuum or electrical lines. The front axle shafts, diff and drive shaft are connected all the time.
