i will keep it quick and simple i want lexan firewalls and maybe partial floors in my yj i have seen them in comp rigs and monster trucks, as far as i know you can bend this stuff with a break and it is relatively reliable, so with that said has anyone done this kinda thing or have any imput on how to do this any help would be just fine by me............P III

as for bending it... and making a permanant bend... not that i've ever heard of... but if you make a series of supports/framing you can bolt the lexan to it and it will work well... just use thick enough lexan...

thanks for the info i origanally got the idea from the gravedigger monster truck i saw it at a gas station one day and the driver said they use a regulat metal brake for the bends, but you are right some framing will be needed for sure

yes you can i wheel with my 10yr old daughter and as great as she is she is not the best spotter in the world so with that said yes it is so i can see through the floor when crawling and also i like to see the roadkill as i am going over it.........P III

Haha... good answer... but I wouldn't want to stare at the road kill, um, splatter on the lexan the whole drive to or from where you're going... lol
