I just recently purchased a 2004 unlimited with the factory soft top. after a night of rain, I found the drivers side floor board soaking wet. I know it's a jeep and it is a soft top, but shouldn't it be a little tighter than that? are there any areas i should watch for that are prone to leaks? Any fixes? thanks

check the drain hose on the fresh air vent. if it's clogged with debris, you'll end up with a wet floor. the best thing to do is take it off.
I work to support my Jeep

I had a '06 Wrangler do the same. Check around tha weather stripping where the soft top meets the windsheild thats where mine was leaking. In fact one of the gaskets from the factory was actually missing. The weather stripping between the windsheild and the body was missing the dealer installed but still leaked where sof top meets windsheild. Come to find out another small peice of stripping was missing from there as well. When it rained I would have about 2 inches of water in my tub.
