i own a 2007 jeep liberty just putting in a 2 inch lift

i am going to lift my 07 liberty but i have a question about what size tires i can fi it currently has 235 65 17 i am getting conflicting stories any help i would appreciate i will be using the stock rims

thanks for the links this helps me alot with the mods i am doing a 2.5 inch lift now and 265 70 17 khumo kl71 tires this should look good i am actually building this for my girlfriend she doesnt know what im up to

yes for sure i got some issues with the inner fenders rubbing we had the tires slashed on the jeep thats when i started this adventure we had it towed to the shop and the idiot driver decided to lift it by the front bumper now its all loose and the tires rub but the insurance co will do the repairs will get some pics soon it lookks good

Yes you can, if you lift.  You can fit up to a 32 (265/75/16, or 235/85/16) on the KJ with a 2.5" lift.  Unlifted the highest you can go is a 245/70/16.  Be careful of the lifts out there though, some are crap and will destroy your suspension.
