I have a 99 grand cherokee larado and the rear end went out (inter stump bearing went out and ate into stump it seft) it has a dana44 ,with 373 gearing ,axle is 5x5 on 16" rims.  I can get a 95 grand cherokee larado rear end with a dana44 , 373 gears,but wih a 5x4 3/4  on 15" rims.  the question is can i swap them out?  any help will be thankful  

The '95 (ZJ) uses a 5 link track bar setup and the '99 (WJ) uses a 3 link upper A-arm setup. So the brackets on the housing will need to be addressed.
