04 TJ X 6 cyl..

How will my TJ ride w/ that combo?

What will the ride be like w/ 3.73's or 4.11's?

What is the MPG like w/ 3.07's, 3.73's, 4.11's?

Thanks guys!

Just to get the engine rpm back to stock with 33" tires you would need 4.56 gears.

Here's a gear chart to help you out:

what you need for economy and power is 4.88's
the mileage and power with 4.10's will be extremely poor w/33's
the 4.56's could be ok if it's only driven on a flat level hwy at 70mph. the slightest hill will be causing the tranny to search for gears and the 5 speed will spend alot of it's time in fourth gear.

the charts are calculating a 1-1 ratio not the .69 Od ratio the auto has... .73 the 3550 has or the .83 ratio the 6spd has...

check out my favorite calculator...
for side by side comparison, crawl ratios, top speed, specified rpm speed... and more..

read and follow the instructions before you get frustrated while trying to use this...
