Which of the two transmissions would be best, and cheapest. I would like to get rid of my AX-15 in my 99 4.0L jeep?

Hey baccus,
The NV3550 would be the cheapest, because you already have everything you need to do a swap over. The only thing you would need to buy is the NV3550 with a shifter housing. I found a brand NEW NV3550 from
a place called Man-Trans LLC in florida. The Nv4500 is a great setup if your wanting a hard core off road beast. Check out this link they offer it all mantrans.com

depends on how much power ya have or plan to have, the 4500 is a better tranny and offers a lower 1st.
