The answer to your question is maybe.
Because you have this question means that you did not do your home work before you started your conversion. Installing TPI on an older non TPI engine is very difficult. There are many things that need to be accounted for and that takes knowledge and planning.
Swapping engines is hard enough. Swaping pieces on engines and then swaping cars, well, needless to say will probably not be successfull. The effort needed and expense invovled will defeat you.
I'm not saying it can't be done. You just didn't start down the right path. The right path is planning your conversion before you start.
Here are some things to help you be successful.
Buy a complete fuel injected engine, with a complete wiring harness, including the computer. It will be less expensive and less effort than what you are trying to do.
Buy the Factory Service Manual for the donor car. Buy the Factory Service Manual for your Jeep. And buy this book:

I guarantee you, speaking from one who has done many GM V8 engine conversions, your questions will be answered in the above three books. Most of the answers in the books, you'd never know to ask the question.
I took the time to write this to encourage you, not discouage you. Swapping GM power can be really fun, both doing and driving.
So, go have fun!

Hi, I have a leak in the fuel return line where the metal line meets thr rubber line at the tank. The rubber line goes over the frame to tank. Do I have to drop tank to replace the hose?
