You need the hose that goes from the block to the pvc in the valve cover?

i think he's talking about the crank case vent. try the HELP section of you local auto parts store. you might be able to get a large grommet that will fit into the opening, then just trim out the hole for the hose to fit into it. or (this might sound hokey) get a piece of hose that fits snug in the vent hole, then put the next size down and so forth' till you got it to the size of the tube. maybe put high temp silicone around the mating area. i know it's not a "professional" fix, but it should work

Ok, I'm looking at the motor, one goes from the valve cover to the manifold and the other goes from the valve cover to the air cleaner ducting. There are some hard hoses, flexible elbows, and grommets in the valve cover. Which piece?

You might also try newer model years and the 4.0L. The parts for the different years and two motors have a lot of similarities with regard to the crank case ventilation system.
From the FSM, I can see why you call it the "fresh air". Because that's what it is called. Good job!
If it's the elbow, the parts store will have it in their "help" parts.
