when i shift into first gear i have to double clutch it to get it to shift into gear. also it wont come out of third gear to easily. any ideas?

syncro's might be going out, or the oil needs changed, or both.

Yep it sound like the syncro is bad. I know were you can get a rebuilt one for $695.00. Call 1-877-626-8726 ask for Sam he can help.
