31" tires? and a stock replacement monroe stabilizer? a larger aftermarket stabilizer like a rancho, superlift, rubicon express..ect. will give much better service than the punny replacement no matter what brand it is. for the most part the major contenders are the same with the exception of color and the sticker that's stuck on them.
How bad is the shake? mild, or is the front end gonna fall out?
the factory track bar can contribute to wobble when the joint and bushing are severely worn, but I wouldn't say it will cause it.
have you checked the wheel bearings and tie rod ends? they are sealed units and don't last forever, with only 31's there must be something loose, like wheel bearings and/or ball joints,

i had some serious dw and come to find out what was causing it. tire pressure was low in 2 tires on the driver front and the pass. rear were 12lbs. low and caused some bad wobble.

that'll do it with some tires...I run 8-15# in the trXus without any wobble, before that I had maxxis buckshots that had a horrible wobble if they were run much under 20#....

the issue was with the bfg's that i had on before that the local mega tire store supposedly rotated and balanced for me. yet the tires were in the same position on the jeep as when i dropped it off. as i noted by the tread wear and scuffs on the tires. when they were removed to place the trxus on the tire shop with the good ole' boy system where you can watch and help out showed me there were no inside weights on any of the 5 tires and they were all horribly balanced. the tire guy is a personal friend of mine so he checked this before mounting the new ones.
