I have a late 87 YJ with the 258 in it and have had to replace the plastic valve cover 3 times already. I've been looking for an aluminum replacement but the only ones I can find require me to drill and tap the heads which I do not want to do.Know where I could find one that does not require tapping?

did you try quadratec? i know they have that item listed in their catalog.
