I have a 2004 liberty with a seized engine I went out a bought a 2002 liberty that was written off but still has a good engine. both have the 3.7L but I'm having a hell of a time making the swap. I pulled both engines thinking it would be simply swapping the engines but the splines on the transmissions were different so I pulled the transmissions figuring I would swap them but the sizes are different as are the wireing harnesses. Now I'm left asking should I scrap the 02 I have pulled apart and hope to find an 04 or is there still away to make this work, I'm fairly new to this whole thing and could use any advise any one has to offer.
