whatever your wallet allows, spacers are ok, but a full lift system would probably be better.

yep, depends on the budget!
you may be able to find some 2" lift springs on e-bay or the classifieds...someone's always going taller!

another option...just put in a pair of 1" spacers up front to level it out, that makes a huge difference in the looks..

I would go with 2" spacers... because... what size tires did you put on? If they fit now and you go more than 2" it may still not look right...

So it's not a Jeep... sue me... it's still faster!

either way im only looking at going 2" for now. the tires just dont look like theyd have enough room when i flex what little i do in the mud and on the little trails i ride. im soon to go with a new wheel which will make them sit out farther. not sure if that is more or less backspacing. so sue me i dont know wheels and tires i do know how to fix a motor that is no running right though

Since we don't know if you are already lifted, what size tires, etc it is hard to make a specific suggestion.

If you don't already have a winch, heavy duty bumpers, or any other heavy steel trail armor, spart parts or anything, I'd suggest going with the JKS ACOS adjustable spacers.

Spacers are fine really, and if you are trying to save a buck the poly ones work great.  Pair them with some adjustable shocks, like the Rancho 9000s of the proper length and you'll be good to go.  You might have to extend brake lines and/or bumpstops but flex it out and get under there to look once the spacers and shocks are on it.

That said, if you haven't added the off-road armor yet, the ACOS save a lot of money in the long run by giving you the ability to level your Jeep out for every mod you make and not having to buy a whole bunch of spacers or springs or whatever each time you add a new componant.

sorry 31x10.50x15 on a factory tj like the only "trail armor" is lots of lights. i just need some more flex so they dont get into a bind
