Can anybody tell me if a posi out of a ford ranger dana 35 will fit in my 90 wagoneer xj dana 35. A dana 35 is a dana 35 right?

The performance of the Trac-lock you are likely to find in the Ford wouldn't be worth the swap.

Ya i'm just going to try to find a xj 35 w/posi , or a stock xj 44 (GOOD LUCK HUH) OR just go with a ford 8.8. How much work is it to put an 8.8 in , do i have to switch spring purchs and shoch mounts also?
