Any advise would be helpful, especially the horror stories in body purchase, installation, and final alignment. Does off roading crack aluminum, do metal doors look bad with fiberglass bodies or is it they just don't match up, are metal jeep bodies a bad choice or just bad quality? Thanks for the info.

i wouldnt think off roading would crack aluminum. and for as much as they get for the fiberglass bodys they hopefully wouldnt look bad with the metal doors. but makes ya wonder if they reinforce were the door hinge goes. i read a bit about the fiberglass bodys in the 4wd.com cat and they seem they reinforce the crap out of the floor and the fire wall. but i dont remember about were the door hinges go. the metal bodys i looked at in the 4wd.com cat said they were imported and im not a fan of imported items due to the quality is normally less. the sheet metal is probly pretty thin. and also didnt mention the part about welded nuts in the body for like the hinges the windsheild and the dash. also when ya look at the pic of the whole metal body it looks like the windsheild doesnt have the place for hinges idk how well i like that idea. thats somthing that sets a jeep apart from the rest. but great question somthin i kinda wanted to kno also. what i wrote is just the things i have read and seen pictured.
