I currently have a RE long arm with a four link and was wondering if a three link upgrade would be a good or bad or just wouldn't make a differance at all?

It's neat to have the option for simplicity sake, but the reality is a four-link along with a track bar makes for a better handling Jeep on road. If you have had problems breaking track bar drop brackets and spend most of your time off-road then maybe it's a better option for you. However, ultimately the difference in handling will be negligible for most drivers. So could the money be better spent?

here's my well what I call a three link.....still have the track bar and the handling is the same as stock. no more upper links with this setup.
the rear articulates more than the front does now and improves the traction control
I'm thinking about purchasing a x series rackkrawler long arm upgrade kit and converting the front to their three link set up also.

I do like that nth degree set up. Anyone know if AEV is fully up and running with the Nth degree parts yet?

I do most of my driving off road in the rocks, hills, sand, mud and so the three link would be a good idea.

there isn't really a three link stronger than a track bar set up, I'd opt for a adjustable rear and the nth degree stinger even for off road only useage, the forces against the triangulated set up is unreal. think of what happens when you nail something from the side,... upper links are gonna get bent.

not trying to steal this thread but a 4 link with track bar would be better if my jeep was going on the road(about a 60/40 split due to driving time to get to trails). i was planning on a 3 link w/track no assist.
