I busted the rear track bar bracket off of the rear end on friday also...then built a new one from a piece of scrap laying around...

I drove it home like tha also, about 15 miles into the trail... the frame kept the diff under the jeep...

yep, It's all part of the game, I have the tools and the ability to fix pretty much anything so It was no problem...the rear tracked well as long as I wasn't cornering or on off camber ground, it was suprising cause It didn't cause any problems other than some rubing on the frame.

I'm still thinking about it! I did drag out some plate steel and some 4" tube that was previously rollers in a plywood mill. so I do have an idea or two just haven't started cutting yet.

I may slice the tube in half full length and use the radius pieces for the face and then some 1 1/2" or so for the brush/stinger guard. which means i have to dig out the bender.
