You might want to run an article about the Chief of Police on Guam, Paul Suba and that he is going to ticket any lifted/modified vehicle.

seems to me there's little to worry about here for most 4x4 enthusiasts with common sense.
It takes some drastic mods to void a warranty, and resposible 4x4 owners are most likely gonna keep the tires inside their flares and use flaps.
as for the lowrider side..save the frame draggin for a parking lot...

arnt the police over there too short to see anything? thats probably why they banned the lifted trucks...as for the frame draggers they probly just dont like em!
