has anyone converted a95 yj sport cage into a 74' cj-5 can't seem to find a full cage for the 74 that i like i'm a welder but if it's worth the trouble to modify into a fiberglass body i wouldn't mind, found one for 150.00 not to far from home anyone have any idea what i would get into thanks

I am not sure. From my quick research the cj-5 has a wheelbase of either 81 or 84 inches while the yj has a wheelbase of 93.4 inches. I would check out where the mounting points tie into and see how it works out.

I am looking to do the same to my 80 CJ7 If anyone has any info on this swap would be great.
