I have an '03 Rubicon with Nth Degree 6" long arm kit which pushes the transfer case up further between the frame rails then it would sit stock. I was aware that this could cause driveline vibration because of the extreme angle. Would installing a 1" motor mount lift really correct driveline vibration?

it will help the angle for sure, but also could create an issue with the fan shroud

not always, you'll need to modify the fan shroud

you can either do a 1 inch body lift or just raise the fan shoud by drilling holes i inch higher. go with the body life it gives you clearance and you dont have to drill.
