Ok alot of you now I don't have a Jeep engine but this is universal. One of my spark plugs has a clump of junk around the electrode, diode or what ever you call it. The first time I changed them when I got my Jeep I noticed and every time since. What causes it and how do I stop it. All the other plugs look fine. I know I could look in the back of any Haynes or Chilton but all it show is pics and a brief explanation. If it helps I have one of those DUI distibuters.

Not sure about the plug situation, but you can change the time issue by going into your profile and changing your time zone. I believe thats the way I fixed mine.

could be a bad valve seal or worn valve guide, driping in some oil.

a compresion test first both wet/dry to help determine where the cause is.

No. No smoke ever. It runs fine. Alot of moisture coming out of the pipes when it is warming up and I also noticed when the temp out side was in the 20s or 30s, when I could see the exaust. It seemed  like one pipe would would heat up before the other. If you get what I'm saying and if it helps.

when exhaust comes out when its cold like that,(one side sees more exhaust coming out than the other means you have a muffler withe 2 in/2out or 1 in/2out the exhaust takes more time to get to the other pipe on the other side of the rig...mine does it all the time at temps below 15 it doesnt harm anything.

I could see that, but my pipes come off the headers into 2 Flow Masters, then out the tips at the rear. So does it matter if one side warms faster then the other

Yes do a compression check first. You may just have a bad plug wire or rotor cap. Be sure it's not the rings before you have the valves done. In respect for what's been said, the valves are most likely bad.
