my 98 tj automatic was recently in a front end collision and now won't start.there is a pwer center on the inner fender on the right side but has no indication of any type of fuel cutoff.it ran fine b-4 the wreck but now will only turn over but won't catch any ideas?

Well if its turning over than you need to check to see if you have fuel presure. And ignition spark. You can buy a fuel test gauge at you local autoparts store. There is a fitting on your fuel rail that routes fuel to the injectors. You can also buy a spark indicator to hook up to the plug wire at this same store. Hook it up check for spark. Then go from there. ASE Tech

I know this is a completely different vehicle. But a freind of mine had a 2001 Ford Explorer and had a similar situation. Their was a switch I believe in the glove box that turned the fuel back on. He of course found this out after a rather expensive tow to the dealership. Look through your owners manual for something similar. Just a thought, good luck.

Mopar does not use the fuel Enersha shutoff switch. This feture is exclusive to Ford. In Fords its also located in the right side kick panel. ASE Teck
