just for kicks and giggles your jeep with a 4.0 produces about 12 more hp when its 30 degrees rather than 90 (if your jeep makes 190hp at 90 degrees F which it probably wasnt dynoed at that temp from the factory)

thats what i put in the first place i was stating the fact of wat a 60 degree in temperature drop would do without that crappy mod that doesnt work. thats all, then i get a blow below the belt. let all just get a-long[neck]

yep, I know you did and I got a half day of entertainment out of the deal..

thats the trouble with those guys selling the resistors, they suck you in with the fact that colder temps make more power and fail to tell you it'll be running a little rich cause the air itself isn't cold.

it claims 80 hp and 25mpg gains. wouldnt it be nice to get 25mpg from the factory lol this is hideous, 80 hp is gonna take a supercharger.

THIS PERFORMANCE MOD WILL CONNECT TO THE CARS INTAKE STSTEMS IAT SENSOR. ONCE THE MOD IS INSTALLED, THE SENSOR WILL READ A DIFFERENT AIR TEMPERATURE THEN WHAT IS REALLY COMING IN.  ONCE THIS GETS RELAYED BACK TO THE ECU IT WILL ADD A BETTER FLOW OF AIR AND FUEL TO THE CAR, GIVING IT THAT EXTRA HORSEPOWER, TORQUE AND FUEL SAVINGS THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

HERE ARE THE SPECS OF THE PERFORMANCE MOD...
- up to  80+Horsepower

- up to 80+ Ft. lbs of Torque

- up to 25MPG IN better fuel saving

- Improved Acceleration

- Improved AutoX Lap times

- Improved 1/4 and 1/8th  mile track times

- Better mid-range acceleration

- Higher Top-End power

- Increased towing payload

- Smoother shifting

- Extends the life of your spark plugs

- Extends the time between costly engine Tune-ups

- More low end torque

- 30%+ Quicker throttle response time

- Cleaner and faster revs

- Higher Top-Speed and Improved Top-End Torque

- Better Climbing ability

- Improved HP and Torque Output in High Altitude Areas where the air is thin

- Increased Passing Ability

- Better and Crisp throttle response

- Circuit Protection

Take a look below at the most commonly asked questions:

what it does is causes the engine to run rich, so unless your constantly running a wide open throttle the resistor mod will do nothing helpfull

why it caused it to not run IDK, It started and ran perfect after the resistor was removed and the computer was reset. it ran rough and went through a lot of fuel in a very short distance.
