What would you do?

Heres my engine compartment, I posted a hose advice thread already, which hasn't gotten any replies. I just wanted to put this out and see what you would do with my engine compartment. Heres my list of things I did:
Bosch Platinum +4 plugs
New plug wires
BOMZ Intake
Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer (not in picture)
New distributor rotor/cap

Here's what I want to do
Optima battery
Get rid of the damn air intake hoses that are overlapping the stock ones.
Borla Exhaust system

It's just a 2.5L 4 cyl. Don't really want to mess around with the fuel injector's.

I don't believe the tb spacers are worth the coin...if your looking for more power...horsepower is no sublstitue for gearing..

I personally don't care if all the sparkplug wires and hoses are all the same color, as long as everything is in good shape and properly routed. not stretched out or rubing on something,

I worry about how it drives down the trail, with a 4 bange or a 6 theres just nothing to get fussy about, there nothing special about it and it won't go faster with any paticular look,....IMO...who cares? not me!

I never replied to the last one cause I'm still shakin my head!  LOL.....

ok ok, I guess I did get alittle out of hand. This is my daiily driver, so It wont be hitting the trails too much.

Another question for you while you are here though. I heard that older jeep's arn't the greatest for long highway travelling, and well i know it isn't the most comfy thing to be sitting in for 5-8 hours, but is it really that bad? I'm going up to the Yukon, from South BC, and it's going to be a long road trip, so not sure if I should take it, or another vehicle, I rather take the jeep though. I love it! lol

I'd say that depends on your own personal comfort and that of your passenge, its not gonna hurt the jeep if it's in good mechanical condition......I drove to dead horse,AK from portland, Oregon in a cj-5 back in october of 92..yep, all the way to the top of the map!

i drove my 83 FSJ Wag from long island to the Canandian boarder, all was well except for a bad ball joint on the way home. i think you should get off your comp chair and suck it up.
p.s get rid of those 4 gerbels you call an engine.

Um, I'm the one wanting to take the jeep, and I don't need your harsh comments.

And about the 4 cyl. How about this, you give me the money for a 6 cyl and I will get a bigger engine deal? Sounds good to me, and seem's you got the money.

longisland, i'm from mt joy pa, and i drive a blue '95 wrangler. i'll tell you this, i stepped in more cow and horse ploppers than you ever saw. and about the same people talking, yeah....so what? i work a 3rd shift job and i like to wind down on this site before going to bed. i'm freinds with some transplanted new yorkers, and i gotta tell ya, they're not nearly as abbrasive as you. i'm just pointing up the way you sound on your posts......i don't know, you might be a hell of a good guy, but if you start taking shots at people, you might get some back.
