I got a 91 yj with 1" body mount lift, .5" greasable shackles, been thinking about 1.5" spring lift, maybe black diamond, anyone think that this combo may cause driveline problems?

It should be fine with the rear shimmed or a slight t-case drop.

yeah, something else you can do also is taller motor mounts beings you have the bodt lift..
