I am thinking about getting a jeep to try something new cuz i am going to sell my ford F-250 for a smaller lighter off roading car and i was wondering whats the best jeep to get i am been looking at the four door unlimiteds which have good room but do they still do good off road? help me out? along with what off roading tires to get and all the bells and whistles.Thanks

The simplest answer is to buy a wrangler and put a set of mud terrain tires on it. 2 doors or 4 it doesnt matter.

Well i have wanted a jeep my whole life. Im 35 now and finally got my hands on one.and I tell you what I looked seriously since late summer 07 . theres alot of Jeeps out there for alot of money. look at them all. and one will find ya ......Man i love my Jeep

ya i like my truck its just to heavy off roading and my cousins both have jeeps and its alot of fun in them and i grew up drivin one learned how to drive in one and i just wanna find a good one that i can use off roadin.

Any TJ ( 97-2006 ) is good. If you buy a YJ go for the 1992-1995.

A TJ would be great or a CJ would be real cool but most likely you should be looking for a TJ or even better a Rubicon.

A tj (97-06) or lj (03-06), if you need more back seat room, the rubicon is real nice. I would recommend getting the dana 44 rear axle for strength, if your budget can afford it. They were optional on the sport, standard on the sahara and rubicon had them front and rear.
