1995 wrangler 2.5L, When I turn the key on I dont hear the pump cycle,if I wait about 30 seconds the relay under the hood clicks real loud for about 10 seconds then the pump kicks on. Othertime there is no clicking and the pump comes on right away and it fires up fine.Other times I must turn the key on and off about 5-8 times before the pump will kick on.I also noticed when the pump doesnt cycle right away the dash lights do not come on the way they should, Any idea's? I read some guys saying replace the ecm or bad ground or?? Thanks for any help  

Sounds electrical. I would start by checking the grounds, the power to the distribution box (if you have one) and the relays for the pump. Have you done anything to it lately?  

No, I actually just bought it on Tuesday, It started fine all day,next day after sitting all night it started to do what it's doing now.The place I got it from had it indoors,heated. Talked to a few guys who seemed to have the same problem when it got below 50 outside? I will check the grounds tomorrow, Thanks  

Well I figured it out, It was a bad ECM. Replaced the computer today and started right up,everything works fine.
