I just bought a 97 TJ. I've got four BFG allterrain 31x10.5 tires. they fit decently but I want to make them comfortable. I only want to lift my suspension 1 - 1.5". Do I need to alter my transfer case in anyway, or is their a chance at all I may need to extend any lines? It is an SE 2.0 L, with as far as I know stock everything. sometimes rattles when I put it in 4x4. If I do not need to alter my drivetrain in anyway to add just 1 or 2 inches of lift in my suspension, is a kit with just the 4 shocks, front+rear coil spacers and the hardware all I need aside from access to tools and such? I am not trying to spend more than a few hundred if I can. any advice would be helpful, thanks

the 1" spacers and new shocks for 1-3" lift is all you'll need, there is a chance of some driveshaft vibration, reangle the pinion with some skyjacker cam bolts/washers.
no special tools will be needed for the installation of the spacers. you'll need to check for stretched wires in the rear going to the fuel tank and pump with the rear jacked up and the differntial hanginf, reroute or loosen as needed. your stock brake lines are plenty long enough for the longer travel shocks also.
