I was wondering how many here who's wife (or other) will not ride in their Jeep. Now my TJ is not bad. It's carpeted and relatively clean, but my wife thinks it's the worst thing ever to ride in. She'll ride in my ratty 99 Dodge work van but not the Jeep.
Oh...two 4 dr jeeps got my wave this morning...none waved back. I'm done with them.

I always leave the jeep with a full tank of fuel, for some one who claims to not like it it sure get a lot of miles put on it and rarely has enough gas in it to make it to the station when I get home.

the sway way bar has even been disconected since november and she still drives it.

When I first got mine, she "hated" it.  First time  I took the top down and the doors off....she was "oh this is fun, do you wanna take my car to work?"

my wife didn't like my jeep at first. then she was forced into driving it (one vehicle for now), now it seems whenever we're going somewhere together, i have to beg to drive my own jeep. summertime is the same as you mtrakos, take the top off for me please.....sheesh, i can't wait till she gets her own car......LOL

She has "had" to take a it couple times when her car was being repaired. She still hated it. She has a '05 Sebring vert that she swears is the only way to drive in a car with the top down.

My wife loves to ride in the jeep, But won't drive it to the end of the driveway. She says it's because you have to ...drive..., where in her yukon, she can multi task. I told her thats why we like them, it makes you feel alive!!!

My wife bought me my jeep and loves it. She says she doesn't but we all no better. The only way I keep it away from her is take the doors off.HAHAHA. She hates it then. Won't even ride in it, but I take her car so she has to. Damn it's funny when she finds out.

That must be the engine gremlin I've heard so much about

My wife is 53 (shhhh) and has never had a problem riding in my TJ, or her 97 budget boosted Cherokee.  I guess is always comes to the type of woman you end up with.  Just another reason I love my wife.

my girlfriend of a year and a half has been through a 00 tj and a 05 Rubi with me. she hates when im on the internet spending time with my jeep instead of hear and when im talking about them and when im modding mine. but when the day is done she is a jeep girl. she loves the way mine looks. she likes to go top down and when we go doorless she copys off me putting my foot on the door entry gaurds and trys to be just like me. i love it when she cant remember names like L.E.D. lights are somehow converted to ldt's. but i got a wave from a 4 door the other day it was a black rubi and it made me proud. the only thing is i was thinking dude, you have a minivan engine.

I have a 1998 Sahara and a 2001 sport and my girlfriend loves them she is always wanting to drive them and that why  her to get a Jeep even if it's a Patriot. Now my mother on the other hand hate them she has been at me for years to get ride of them. She said that they are to loud and have no comfort or convenience. Also they ride like a truck. (well duh!) My mother also thinks that they are dangerous and easily tipped. I try to tell they it has a full steel frame and a full roll cage what other vehicle has that. The easily tipped thing falls into any SUV category.

In 03 my wife spotted me looking at jeeps and she knew I had an old cj at one time and I loved it.  So she went out and got me an 04 TJ as a birthday present.  Boy was I surprised.  She actually loves driving it, except to work.  Between rush hour and being a manual and wind blown long hair and working in an office enviroment.  It has a few mods and she still loves riding in it, especially with the top and doors off.  Like the others yes I have to do the top and doors.  But I don't blame her for loving it cuz I hate driving her minivan, the down side of having 3 kids.
