i put a 3 inch bds lift on my 06 tj and it does the same thing. i had it done thought it was bad bump steer, so i put a real steering stabilizer on it and it worked for a bit now its back. the place that did my lift said i need adjustable track bars. it does it exactly like yours you have to slow down to get it to stop.

the adjustable track is needed for a 3" lift to recenter the axle. It's not likely the cause of the wobble. a slight camber adjustment up front may also help some (adjustable upper control arms)

have you checked the bearings and knuckle joints?,
it will have bumpsteer from a bad stearing linkage angle It needs to be parallel with the track bar.

how do you check the bearings and knuckle joints. how do you check the steerign linkage angle. can only the caster be changed by an alignment shop can camber be changed only with adjustable control arms?
