Maybe the best compromise for me (33's or 35's) is the Trxus 34's. What's the best price for them and from where?

Here are a few prices from National Tire & Wheel (1-800-847-3287, ntwonline.com). Trxus Mt 33s ($153), 34s ($197), and 35s ($201). BFG MT 33-12.50 ($179),and 35s ($189). I know the BFG MT is good I have seen many trucks with these and they never had a problem. Buckshot Maxxis Mudder 33s ($149), and 35s ($175). I have a friend with these in 32s on a 1/2 Ford and only got stuck once and the mud up to his headlights. I also know of a guy who had 2 of them on the back of a 2wd 1/2 ton Ford and went through mud up to the bumbers.

82 CJ8 half cab, 4 inch Superlift, Currie Shackles, swaybar disconnects, 33x13.50 LTBs, ProComp rear bumper, Rock Runner front bumper, fiberglass fenders

theres a big difference in a mud puddle and mud....I wish I could drive through mud up to the bumpers! the bfg's and maxxis are a good balance, the difference in the trXus makes them look like a all terrain in comparison in the mud....

don't get me wrong here, Ilove the bfg's and have wore out a set of maxxis buckshots..they have somewhat better rad manners, thats it..

Well I want the trxus 34's but I can get a set of (5) Bighorns for $771 including shipping. The Trxus 34's would cost me $1000 plus shipping. Hard to pass up the deal on the bighorns. The Bighorns would only be 33" but would save me $300 over the Trxus 34's. Plus I have an auto tranny so it would probably like the 33's better anyway. Jury's still out though.
