First, thanks for reading and replying. I found a 86 LB XLS with Command Trac.
1) I have never owned a Jeep but have had other 4wd
2) How much of the Cherokee is interchangable?
3) Engine is 173/T2
4) Manual Trans

Price (not running) but tagged till Oct 08 is $400 (plus having a key made). Was picked up by a towing company and the owner just left it.

Also, what about body parts? Tailgate is smashed, front nose piece is broken, rear sliding window is smashed. Rest of body is good, Already has small lift and 31's

the above link is for jc whitney. they have alot of parts for the comanche. sounds like you might of stumbled onto a decent find. my father in law has one, and he loves it. thing to remember is that jeep doesn't make these anymore. i don't know if you can exchage some of the parts from the cherokee or not.  

I want to know where it is so I can buy it then I'll tell you all about it!
