if you can grind and weld its not hard to do. you will need new spring perches longer shocks and longer brake lines. and you might need to address your steering like a drop pitman arm or do high steer. not shure if the cherokee has track bars at all but if so you will need a bracket to raise these as much as you lift. all you haf to do is take the axle out cut and grind off the old perches. clamp the sping with two c clamps so the dont fall apart when you take out the alignment pin and flip the pin upside down. take your new perches and bolt the axle loosely in place with the new perches just sitting in there. decide what pinion angle you want not too high as this could affect you fill level and make shure everything is centered and tack weld the perches in place. unbolt and weld the perches the rest of the way. this will give you the amount of lift if you measure from the bottom of your spring pack now to the top of the tube. prolly bout 6 inches or so. and hell yeah you could fit 35s. any more  questions bout this just ask. hope that helps.
will work for jeep parts!

well... you can fit 33's on that thing from the factory... as for what jeepnut said... it's alot harder then he's making it out to be... the passenger side perch is formed into the pumpkin... so it's not all that easy... but it can be done... you just have to custom fabricate your own perch's  make them a little bit taller then normal and make do some extra grinding.. and on the rear end you can do the leaf over... and reverse the shackles... they should be inverted now... but if you take the brackets off the side of the frame and switch them left to right you can invert them and make them drop shackles... give you better articulation... you can do a shackle reversal on the front too... move the shackle out from under the bumper and make it a solid mount there... and move the shackle to the back of the leaf spring... it'll improve your approach angle and with a longer shackle it'll lift the truck... and give you better articulation...
