I've got a 94 Jeep Cherokee. The clutch pedal dropped almost to the floor and the clutch would not disengage. I put a clutch kit in and put it back together. It's still the same. The piston on the hydraulic slave cylinder is in contact with the yoke when installed but it travels past its limit but still will not disengage the clutch. Back to square one. Anyone got any ideas? Does the bolt on the opposite side of the bell housing have anything to do with adjusting the pivot point on the yoke? Exasperated!!

i dont think that the bolt on the the other side has anything to do with your problem.
